About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Case Co-ordinator to join our Repairs team within the Minor Works function.

You’ll manage a caseload of complex housing cases, including HHSRS hazards, damp & mould, aids & adaptations, and specialist repairs, taking ownership from identification through to resolution.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while making a real difference to residents’ homes and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and progress complex repairs cases end‑to‑end
Coordinate inspections, surveys, and repair works
Prioritise cases based on risk and resident need
Act as the main point of contact for contractors
Oversee complaints for residents on active jobs to resolution
Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records and manage risks
Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and partnersMore About You

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
Knowledge of HHSRS, Aids & Adaptations, and repairs
Experience managing complex housing or property cases
Strong communication and organisational skills
Empathy when supporting vulnerable residents
