Car/Yard Operative
Monday – Friday, £11.44ph
Dursley
Chase Associates are currently on the hunt for a yard operative, who has experience of dealing with cars. The role based in Dursley would be working for a company that deal with the dismantling of all types of cars and some vans.
Responsibilities
* Using hand tools & larger machinery
* Dismantling of all parts of cars/vans, from engines to side panels
* Physical work must be prepared to be lying under cars to reaching into engines daily.
* Inspecting parts of vehicles so they can be advertised at the right value.
Due to the nature of the role and requirements someone with experience of working with cars would be needed, are client currently is unable to train someone from the start, though this may change further down the line.
