Job role: Carpenter/Multi Trader
Pay: £180 per day (CIS) or £39,000 per annum (Permanent)
We are currently recruiting experienced Carpenter/Multi Traders to join a well-established team carrying out Social Housing maintenance and refurbishment works across the Enfield and Barnet areas.
Responsibilities
* Kitchen fitting and installation
* Skirting and architrave installation
* Lock and multi-lock repairs/replacements
* Hanging doors
* Painting and decorating
* Bathroom unit fitting
* Window repairs
* Patch plastering
* Basic plumbing works

Requirements
