Description:
The Role We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to carry out a wide range of maintenance and refurbishment works across MOD sites. The ideal candidate will be confident working across multiple trades to a high standard, able to pick up varied tasks on site with minimal supervision.
Works may include but are not limited to:
* Painting & decorating
* Carpentry — doors, flooring, fixtures and fittings
* Kitchen and bathroom fitting elements
* Plastering and patching
* Tiling — floor and wall
* General repairs and maintenance
* Snagging and void works
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative — essential
* Competent across a range of trades with demonstrable skills
* High standards of workmanship across all disciplines
* Own vehicle — essential
* Own tools — essential
* Valid DBS check issued within the last 6 months — essential (required for MOD site access)
* Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage your time on site
* Reliable, professional, and presentable at all times
