Salary: Up to £40,090 Company Van & Fuel Card
Permanent Full-Time Monday–Friday
Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across Southampton, Winchester and Basingstoke.

The Role
Carrying out responsive repairs and day-to-day maintenance within occupied social housing properties
Joinery and carpentry repairs including doors, frames, locks, kitchens and general woodwork
Completing multi-trade works including basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring repairs and damp & mould treatments
Diagnosing repair issues and delivering high-quality first-time fixes
Working safely and efficiently in occupied properties while providing excellent customer service
Accurately recording completed works and updating company systems
Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rotaRequirements
NVQ 2/3 (City & Guilds) in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or Carpenter
Experience within social housing, property maintenance or responsive repairs preferred
Competent across basic plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring repairs
Experience carrying out damp and mould treatments is advantageous
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Full UK Driving LicenceWhat's On Offer
