Location: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire
Contract: Temp to Perm
Rate: £22 per hour
Permanent Salary: £40,000
Van + Fuel Card Provided

We are looking for 2 experienced Wet Trade Multi-Traders to join a long-term social housing maintenance contract covering a large patch across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

The Role:

* Reactive and planned maintenance within social housing properties

* Wet trade repairs and general property maintenance

* Working within occupied homes

* Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidates

* Complete bathroom and kitchen remedial works.

* Carry out mould, damp and water-damage repairs and associated making-good works.

* Prepare surfaces and complete plastering, filling and decorating following repairs.

* Diagnose issues and complete works to a first-time-fix standard wherever possible.

Requirements:

* Previous social housing/property maintenance experience

* Strong wet trade skills ( quolifications prefered)

* Full UK driving licence

* Good customer service and communication skills
