As a Carpenter Multi, you will be:
• Carrying out responsive repairs within occupied and void properties
• Completing a wide range of carpentry repairs including doors, locks, skirting, architraves, and kitchen repairs
• Undertaking basic plumbing repairs where required
• Completing patch plastering and decorating works
• Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks across domestic properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
• Previous experience working as a Carpenter Multi or Multi Trade Operative
• Strong carpentry skills with experience in reactive repairs
• Experience working within social housing or domestic properties
• A full UK driving licence
