Description:

Carpenter Multi trader required - domestic property maintenance responsive repairs across the Southampton area.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking day to day response maintenance repairs and related remedial works
Ideally from a Carpentry background but with experience of the following an advantage
Basic Plumbing, patch repairs, tiling, lock replacements, UPVC / Glazing repairs.
Maintaining van stock and liaising with the planner on distributed roles
Striving for Customer satisfaction & Interaction to the highest levelsRequirements:

Time Served/NVQ / C&G qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
Full tool set
Full driving license
Van and fuel card provided.
