Carpenter - Residential Site

Location: King's Lynn, Norfolk
Rate: £25 per hour
Start Date: Monday 27th April
Duration: Ongoing - expected to run until August 2027

We are currently recruiting an experienced Carpenter for a long term position on a busy residential development in King's Lynn.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, skilled carpenter looking for stable, long-term work on a residential site in Kings Lynn.

The Role
·1st and 2nd fix carpentry on residential plots
·Working on new build houses
·Installing doors, studwork, skirting, architraves, kitchens and general finishing works
·Working to drawings and site specifications
·Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety

Requirements
·Proven carpentry experience
·Strong residential site experience essential
·CSCS card (required)
·Own tools and PPE
·Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
·Good timekeeping and reliability

What's On Offer
·£25 per hour
·Long term work until August 2027
·Consistent hours, Monday to Friday
