£25 - £27 per hour, 8-Week Contract, Van & Fuel Card Provided, Immediate Start, Milton Keynes
The Role
Avalon are working with a large housing provider to recruit a carpenter to carry out responsive and planned carpentry repairs, including joinery, fencing and general maintenance within occupied properties. Diagnose faults, complete first-time fixes, deliver excellent customer service and work safely using a PDA/mobile device.
Requirements
* NVQ/City & Guilds in Carpentry (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Social housing/property maintenance experience desirable.
