Start within the next two weeks on an ongoing social housing contract with the use of an on-site vehicle throughout the working day. I'd be keen to see applications from anyone who has worked as a Carpenter, Joiner or Property Maintenance Carpenter.
As a Carpenter you will be:

Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance
Completing basic plumbing repairs where required
Undertaking patch plastering on occasion
Working within occupied social housing properties
Delivering high-quality repairs across Solihull and the surrounding areasI'd love to speak to anyone who has:

A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
Their own van and tools
Previous experience working within social housing
Strong carpentry experience
Basic plumbing skills
Patch plastering experience would be beneficial but is not essentialThe Carpenter role is offering the following benefits:
