Temporary | Ongoing Contract
Start within the next two weeks on an ongoing social housing contract with the use of an on-site vehicle throughout the working day. As a Carpenter, you'll benefit from consistent work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering responsive repairs across Solihull and the surrounding areas.

I'd be keen to see applications from anyone who has worked as a Carpenter, Joiner or Property Maintenance Carpenter.
As a Carpenter you will be:
Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance
Completing basic plumbing repairs where required
Undertaking patch plastering on occasion
Working within occupied social housing properties
Delivering high-quality repairs across Solihull and the surrounding areasI'd love to speak to anyone who has:
A full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
Their own van and tools
Previous experience working within social housing
Strong carpentry experience
Basic plumbing skills
