Position: Carpenter

Location: North Devon, EX37

Duration: Temp to Permanent

Rate: £17-£18 per hour PAYE

Brief Job Description below:

Need a Carpenter.

Planned maintenance working in occupied/live premises in North Devon, Use EX37.

This could be town centres, council homes, schools - a complete wide variety.

Planned works include anything from roofing repairs to FRA doors to new kitchens, roofing repairs etc.

Van will be supplied.

We can consider cis if someone has their own van, but would prefer temp to perm paye people(can pay more for better candidate).

A good understanding of the fabric of a building

Carpentry experience required along a keen eye for detail and high finish jobs

Ability to think on the job and problem solve with a good range of general maintenance skills and 'can do' attitude

Professional and friendly manner as you will be dealing with staff and general public
