Description:
TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project on a large static site near Shefford., on a long term temp-to-perm contract.
The successful candidate will be required to complete carpentry and fabric repairs at a Large static site near Shefford.. Duties include but are not limited to:
* Hanging doors.
* Building fabric maintenance
* Fitting kitchen units.
* Skirting board replacements
* Snagging
Immediate start.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Pay: £17.98 per hour PAYE - 12 week contract. Upon completion of 12 weeks, you will be offered a permanent position full-time with the company. £37,398.40 per annum.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
* NVQ trade qualification(s) in carpentry & joinery or equivalent.
* CSCS Card (desirable)
