Duties Include
Daily site inspections
Minor maintenance and repair work
Monitoring contractors on site
Supporting site security procedures
Ensuring classrooms and communal areas are prepared for useRequirements
Previous experience within a school, facilities or maintenance environment
Strong communication skills
Ability to respond effectively to site issues
