On behalf of our client we are currently seeking a dedicated Caretaker to work at a residential development in Golders Green area, London NW2. This role involves ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of the development, with responsibilities including conducting daily inspections, cleaning of buildings, waste management, and providing resident support. Ad hoc duties include jet washing, minor repairs, and assisting with access for contractors. The ideal candidate will have previous caretaking or maintenance experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently.
