Caretaker - Oxford - £15 per hour - Driving license Needed
We are recruiting for a Caretaking role in Oxford for a minimum of 3 months but with the option to go permanent. It will pay £15 an hour and the hours are 37.5 per week. The duties are below:
1. Lock and unlock any area of the site as required ensuring appropriate levels of security in accordance with policy and procedures.
2. Undertake deep cleaning processes including any specialist cleaning for which the role holder has undertaken the necessary training.
3. Ensure that refuse is removed and disposed of in a timely way according to Company policy and procedures.
4. Clear entrances, roadways and pathways of any form of obstruction. Treat roads and walkways in event of snow, ice or any other safety hazard in accordance with agreed policy and procedures and record information electronically as necessary.
5. Maintain noticeboards and other communal areas in accordance with procedures and to the required standard.
