Caretaker
Reports to: Estates Manager
Location: Bridgwater
Salary: Up to £24,000 + Benefits
Type: 37 hours per weekDovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Bridgwater.
Main Duties
Outdoor maintenance of the site
Typical caretaking duties
General upkeep and a variety of maintenance jobs
To operate as part of the estates team in the care, security and operation of all site buildings and grounds.
To support in the daily operation and availability of all sites.
To assist the Grounds Manager in preparing maintenance, development & project plans
To adopt a proactive approach towards improving service standards year on year, with strong emphasis on providing a professional and memorable customer focussed experience.Requirements
Estates, caretaking or related experience
Knowledge of DIY
Trade experience desirable
Able to pass a DBS check
