Description:

Our clients are an Ofsted recognised "Outstanding" school for children with severe and complex learning difficulties. They are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Caretaker/Premises Manager, someone who will be proactive and take pride in maintaining a secure, safe, clean and well-maintained school environment for all pupils and staff at the school.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for all aspects of site management including health and safety of the site and users, the fabric and grounds of the school. You will be required to work on your own initiative. You should be able to carry out minor repairs and jobs competently and be flexible.
The suitable candidate will need to be honest, reliable, hardworking and well organised. We expect the candidate to have a competent level of IT skills.

The contract will be for 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Starting at 07.15hrs to 15.45hrs with 1 hour lunch break.
