Overview/Company Introduction

Adkins and Cheurfi are seeking a reliable and experienced caretaker for a prestigious school in the Sunderland area to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the cleanliness safety of the premises.

Role /Responsibilities  

Clean and sanitize all areas of the building , including restrooms,hallways
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs
Monitor building security and report any suspicious activity
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Assist with setting up for events or meetings as needed
 Candidate  

Previous experience in janitorial work is preferred
Ability to work independentently and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and maintain a high level of cleanliness
Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
Good timekeeping skills
