Aspire People are currently recruiting for a motivated and supportive Careers Advisor to join a welcoming school in the B12 area starting September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping students explore their future pathways, career opportunities, and education options.
The Role
Provide careers guidance and support to students
Assist pupils with college, university, and apprenticeship applications
Deliver careers workshops, advice sessions, and employability support
Work closely with staff, parents, and external organisations
Help students build confidence and prepare for their future careers
Requirements
Previous experience in careers advice, education, or guidance roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and support young people
Knowledge of career pathways, apprenticeships, and further education options
