This is a varied position, supporting the Careers Lead with the day-to-day administration of the school's careers programme and ensuring students have access to high-quality careers education, guidance and employer engagement opportunities.

The Role

Working closely with the Careers Lead and wider school staff, you will:

Provide day-to-day administrative support for the school's careers programme.
Coordinate careers fairs, employer talks, university visits and other events.
Maintain accurate careers records and databases.
Liaise with students, parents, staff, employers, universities and external organisations.
Support the administration of work experience placements and associated documentation.

Act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for careers-related enquiries.

About You

Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
A professional, positive and approachable manner.
A genuine interest in supporting young people and their future aspirations.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school with a strong commitment to student development.
