Agency Care Workers & Healthcare Assistants – West Northamptonshire
Flexible shifts | Residential care homes | Weekly pay
Austin Dean Recruitment is recruiting experienced Care Workers and Healthcare Assistants for agency shifts in residential care homes across the Northampton and Daventry areas.
You will support residents with personal care, daily routines, meals and activities, while promoting their dignity, independence and wellbeing. You will follow care plans, keep accurate records and report any concerns to the appropriate member of staff.

What we’re looking for
* Level 2 in Health & Social Care
* Previous experience in a UK care home or similar care setting
* A caring, reliable approach and good communication skills
* An understanding of safeguarding and safe care practices
* The ability to travel to your chosen assignments
* The right to work in the UK
An appropriate DBS check, references and any required training or compliance checks will be needed before you start.
