We are currently recruiting on behalf of a domiciliary care organisation for caring and reliable Care Workers to support elderly clients in their own homes across the Weybridge area.

The role
As a Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to elderly clients in their own homes. This may include:

Personal care and support with daily living
*
Meal preparation
*
Companionship and social support
*
Medication support following appropriate training
*
Light household duties
*
Supporting clients to maintain their independence
*
Providing respectful and compassionate care
Requirements
Due to the nature of the role, you must have your own reliable means of transport to travel between clients' homes.
This can include:

*
???? Bike / e-bike
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided.
