ob are currently seeking a skilled Turnaround Manager to oversee and lead the transformation of our care home services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dementia care, home care, and assisted living, with a focus on providing exceptional care to residents.
Supervise and manage all aspects of the care home turnaround process- Implement strategies to enhance the quality of care provided- Lead and support the care team in delivering personalised care to residents- Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations- Drive improvements in operational efficiency and service delivery- Develop and maintain a positive working environment for staff and residents
Quali Previous experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, preferably in dementia care or assisted living- Strong knowledge of care home regulations and best practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving high standards of care- Registered nurse qualification is desirable but not essential
