CARE TRAINER & ONBOARDING COORDINATOR – FULL TIME ????

???? Location: B75
???? Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
⏰ Hours: Full-time

Are you an experienced care professional with a passion for training, developing and supporting people? ????

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing care organisation recognised among the 2026 Global Top 100 Inspiring Places to Work™, who are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and experienced Care Trainer & Onboarding Coordinator to join their team.

???? About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role combining care training, recruitment and new starter onboarding.

You will play a key role in recruiting, developing and supporting care professionals, ensuring they are confident, competent and fully prepared before working in the community.

???? Key Responsibilities

*

Deliver care training and practical competency assessments

*

Deliver Medication, Moving & Handling, Safeguarding and Health & Safety training

*

Provide other essential care training and competency assessments

*

Conduct new starter inductions

*

Support recruitment activities and candidate interviews

*

Complete onboarding and compliance checks

*

Support new carers throughout their onboarding journey

*

Maintain accurate training and competency records

*

Ensure required training and competency standards are consistently maintained

*

Help develop a positive learning culture across the organisation

⭐ About You

We are looking for someone who has:

*

Previous experience delivering care training

*

A Train the Trainer qualification, or willingness to undertake one

*

Experience or understanding of recruitment and onboarding

*

A background in domiciliary care would be highly advantageous

*

Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills

*

A genuine passion for developing people and delivering high-quality care

*

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

*
