Description:
Full-Time or Part-Time Childrens Care & Support Worker, situated directly between Cambridge & Stevenage just off the A10. No experience necessary as full training & qualifications provided. Complete your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
Please note: All applicants must have the right to work in the UK, We are unable to provide Tier 2 sponsorship.
* £11.72 - £12.20 per hour, £25 per night shift worked.
* £1500 Welcome Bonus.
* 4 Weekly rota patterns
* Average 40hrs per week.
* Full time or flexible part time shifts/hours available including weekend only hours.

As a Childrens Care & Support Worker, you would be working within a Children’s Home, which provides support for children and young people who have severe learning disabilities. Young Adults. This fantastic service provides support for younger adults with profound, multiple learning disabilities providing them Residential Schooling and a home where they receive high levels of care.
* Personal Care needs such as washing and getting ready for bed.
* Ensuring good bedtime routines and sleeping patterns.
* Doing regular checks throughout the night.
* Ensuring any medical needs are followed.
* Ensure that you create a safe environment for both the children & your work colleagues.
* Light housekeeping duties during your night shift.
