Description:

Registered Manager Wanted — Domiciliary Care, Swindon

Can you run a compliant, well-staffed home care service without breaking a sweat? We're after someone who knows CQC inside out and treats KPI reports as a tool, not a chore.

Day to day: oversee care plans, safeguarding and medication management. Report on capacity and hours. Recruit, train and hold onto good carers.

You'll need real domiciliary management experience — no exceptions. Level 5 Diploma helps. A track record with local-authority commissioning helps more.

If people, numbers and standards all matter to you equally, get in touch.

Please note: this role does not offer visa sponsorship, so all applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK.

Location: Swindon
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Holiday: 28 days per annum
Pension: Workplace pension
Mileage: £0.45 per mile for approved business mileage
Reports To: Director / Nominated Individual
Regulated By: Care Quality Commission (CQC)
