Job Title: Registered Domiciliary Care Manager

Location: Tilbury, South Essex

Working Hours: Mon – Fri (9 am – 5 pm)

Salary: £32k - £37k + Car allowance - £3k

Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 3-5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, or currently pursuing

* 3-4 years of experience in team management and leadership

* Valid driving license

* A commitment to excellence and making a positive impact

* Good team player

Responsibilities:

As a key player in our team, you will collaborate with the Business Owner to implement

and enhance our existing successful business plan.

Your role will involve managing, nurturing, and expanding the business through innovative strategies.

Drawing from your leadership experience within the care sector, you will consistently elevate our services to meet and surpass the Care Quality Commission's stringent standards, ensuring

excellence in care delivery.
