CARE MANAGER or DEPUTY CARE MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Care Manager or Deputy Care Manager to work in the adults care sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care. We are continuing to grow and develop and also now offering live-in care and some complex care

The Role:
As a Care Manager or Deputy Care Manager, your role will include:
* Overseeing the delivery of care services for adults, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
* Ensuring strict compliance with CQC
* Managing staff and resources effectively
* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
* Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
* Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers
* Following of policies and procedures
* Clinical reviews
* Oversee the rotas
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Care Manager or Deputy Manager should have:
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be willing to work towards it
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Have a strong character and be a good communicator
* Be a reflective leader
* Want to develop their own style of management
* Work closely with the owners to develop growth plans for the service
* Worked as a manager or a deputy manager or a senior care professional (team leader etc.)
* Be passionate about high levels of care
The Package:

* A basic salary of £27,500 - £32,000 DOE (potentially more)
