Calling all Nurse Qualified Care Managers! We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established, hardworking team at a highly rated care home in Bromley, Kent. Our client is a family-owned care home group with over 34 years of experience in providing the highest standards of care to older people.
In this role, you can expect an annual salary of up to £58,300 and a 45-hour work week from Monday to Sunday. You'll be working in a supportive environment where your dedication and hard work are valued and rewarded.

As a Care Manager, your duties will include:
Providing leadership on all issues relating to clinical excellence.
Coordinating and coaching staff to ensure effective nursing and care services are provided.
Continually improving quality standards and measuring clinical outcomes.
Supporting your team and ensuring they are happy in their roles.

A Registered Nurse – RGN, with an active PIN.
Experienced within a nursing/care home setting for older people.
Possess extensive clinical knowledge.
Have a sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation.
Possess excellent organisation and planning skills.This role could be a great fit for you if you've previously worked as a Registered Nurse, Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, Deputy Care Home Manager, or Nursing Home Manager.
