* Role: Care Lodge Manager (non-registered)
* Location: Surrey, KT14
* 39 bed
* 37.5 hours per week
* £38,000 - 40,000 salary
Care Manager to join the talented team – home for up to 117 residents between 3 luxury lodges, receiving Outstanding on every CQC inspection since 2016.
Role and responsibilites:
* Delivery of a service which is economically viable, managers resources effectively to meet customer expectations.
* You’ll be responsible for the quality of care provided – promoting individualized person-centered care, identify and report any risks or poor practice in line with safeguarding policy.
* Lead audits and inspections, conducted by CQC / Local Authorities to ensure excellent outcomes
* Accountable for the success of the lodge - through effective marketing, financial management, community engagement, managing occupancy / recruitment levels and overall customer experience.
Requirements :
* A passionate experienced manager from a small – medium care home.
* A strong understanding of CQC standards and their impact in care management and practice.
* Outstanding leadership and people management skills – promoting a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
* A complete understanding of the needs of older people and dementia care
