Registered Care Manager / Care Manager, Domiciliary Care, Peterborough
£30,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience (negotiable for the right candidate) | Full-time, permanent
Verity Healthcare is looking for an experienced Registered Care Manager or Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Peterborough. You'll manage a dedicated team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care, with a strong grasp of CQC regulations and compliance.
The Role
* Oversee day-to-day delivery of domiciliary care
* Lead, motivate and develop your team, including training and performance
* Create and review personalised care plans
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures
* Monitor quality and safety, and support audits and inspections
* Maintain accurate records, schedules and documentation
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff and stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement of the service

About You
Previous experience as a Care Manager or Registered Care Manager in domiciliary/homecare
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations; experience of CQC inspections desirable
Full UK driving licence
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
Confident decision-maker with a genuine commitment to person-centred care
