Description:
Domiciliary Care Manager / Registered Manager / Extra Care Scheme Manager required for one of the largest care providers in the UK.
£38,170 + Benefits - covering 3-4 sites across the Hertfordshire region.
The role of the Extra Care Scheme Manager / Registered Manager is to manage the day to day activity and to grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users. In the running of the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
You will be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.
The role will also assume CQC Registered Manager responsibilities for these schemes.

* Overseeing day-to-day operations across the sites
* Leading and developing a multidisciplinary care team
* Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
* Managing care delivery, rotas, and service performance
* Supporting audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
* Working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Develop and enhance the activities and wellbeing offering across all schemes
* Drive resident engagement, independence, and quality of life
