Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are seeking an experienced Care Manager within the Croydon area, to support with the implementation and delivery of care packages and care plans within a domiciliary care setting.
This is a Monday to Friday position, based at their Croydon office. Starting salary of £33,000.

Essential:
* Must have the QCF Level 4 or 5 in Management
