Job Title: Care Management Assistant
Location: Bromley (Hybrid)
Salary / Pay Rate: £18 per hour umbrella
Job Type: Contract (4 months+)
The Role:
Working within Adult Social Care, we are looking for an experienced Care Manager Assistant to cover a Senior Business Support Officer secondment position. The role will entail the screening emergency services reports (Police Merlins & London Ambulance) for Business Support Officers to process as well as undertaking associated processing of these reports so we need a confident decision make who also is aware of safeguarding thresholds. The role will involve supervising 2 Business Support Officers, undertaking monthly 121's.There is a requirement to work in the office 2-3 days per week with the other days working from home.
The Candidate:
Experience of working with Liquid Logic
Extensive experience providing administrative support in an office environment
Ideally some experience of supervising others.
Extensive experience of producing meeting agendas, minuting meetings and writing up accurate notes and actions.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Software packages.How to apply:
