Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking to join a developing care provider who specialise in elderly and dementia care?
Our client is looking for a passionate Registered Care Home Manager for their 36 bed Residential Care just outside of Exmouth, Devon. The Regional Manager is looking for an experienced and previously Registered Manager with a passion for high quality care, a good understanding of the needs of people with dementia and a good understanding of CQC requirements.
Our client will provide you with a great deal of support to help you succeed in this role, they will also provide any additional qualifications and courses you require.
As Care Home Manager / Registered Manager you will oversee all day to day aspects of the service, ensure compliance, manage the care team, complete audits, pre inspection reports, market the home and work with the regional manager to increase profit annually.
To apply you must have;
- Management qualification
- Previously managed a care home
- Background in elderly / dementia care
- Knowledge of CQC and standards
- Good communication skills
