As the successful Nursing Home Manager you will ensure the clinical & care staff provide the highest levels of care at all times to the residents whilst balancing the budget, dealing with staff issues, supervisions & the lead in care inspectorate & liaisons with the local authorities & key stakeholders.

• 50 plus residents
• Dementia & elderly care across multiple units
• Newly acquired home
• Owned by Scottish provider
• Great reputation in the local community
The ideal candidate:
• Experienced in a managerial role within a care home/nursing home
• Passion for high care standards
• Extensive CI knowledge
• Motivational leader
• Knowledge on relevant CI legislation
• Exceptional organisational skills & fantastic communication skills
