Elderly Residential Care Home in Exmouth
Up to £46,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Exmouth.
Care Home Manager package/requirements:
* Up to £46,000 per annum
* Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this
* Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Care is essential
* Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
* Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
