We are seeking to recruit a Care Home Manager with proven experience on behalf of our client. The Care Home Manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of clinical care and governance is provided to residents, They will lead the clinical team, providing strong clinical knowledge, leadership and management skills.

Our clients Care Home is fully CQC compliant and specialises in catering to older adults, with units specialising in Dementia care and it is our mission to ensure that residents are fully supported in their individual needs.

The home is GOOD rated with CQC , 100% compliance with the Local Authority, 5 star environmental Health, Green infection control and has won awards.

Care Home Manager role and what the home is offering:

The Care Manager is responsible for ensuring a high level of clinical care and governance is provided to residents, meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements and leading the clinical team, providing strong clinical knowledge, leadership and management to ensure the highest standards are achieved in all areas of the home including relationship centered care, clinical care and dementia care.

A permanent contract to work 40 hours per week on day shifts, with some flexibility required due to the seniority of the role.
Working with a supportive operations management team as part of a company that has an excellent reputation for high quality care.
Working directly with deputy matron to ensure a high level of clinical care and governance.

Blue Light Card (Employee Discount Scheme).Applicants for this Home Manager position should meet the following criteria:

NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD and ideally have completed or are currently completing a recognised management qualification such as Diploma Level 5/The Registered Managers Award
From a strong background in elderly and dementia care, with experience as CQC Registered Manager.
Able to effectively manage a team to provide the highest or care to our residents, budgets and resources, ensuring a cost effective service that doesn't compromise on quality
Able to lead, develop and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teamsReference ID: Home Manager
