Description:
Registered Care Home Manager is required for The Dell Care Home in Lowestof, Suffolk, NR33 9PL.
* You will ensure Residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their well-being.
* Contribute to the efficient and effective day-to-day management of the human resources involved in providing care through the staff team and ensuring that the required standards are maintained.
* Ensure all recording systems and organisational documentation are of a high standard and kept up to date.
* Be responsible for all staff receiving formal supervision and appraisals.
* Oversee the duty rota monthly in advance ensuring the correct skills and numbers on duty.
* Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals you support.
* Experienced Home Manager within the Elderly care sector,
* Strong dementia care experience
* A thorough understanding of CQC standards – has achieved outstanding and good CQC reports throughout the period of registered manager
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
