Care Coordinator & Quality Assurance Lead
We are looking for a Care Coordinator & Quality Assurance Lead for E2E Homecare Ltd to help manage the day-to-day running of the business. This may at times involve transporting some carers to their hard-to-reach places of work. InductIing staff, monitoring staff, and coordinating shifts. Liaising with staff to ensure that they have PPE and at times delivering PPE to a client’s house when required. Carrying out spot checks and supervision of a delegated number of carers. Review daily notes, and incidents and escalate what needs to be escalated to the Registered Manager. Assisting the Registered Manager with quality audits, accepting new care packages, and updating and reviewing existing care packages.
As a care coordinator, you will be expected to help with maintaining good records on the system and this involves recording telephone calls received from clients and or their families, recording calls made to clients and their families, checking and responding to emails, recording risk assessments, environmental assessments, and various other documentation. At times, the Registered Manager may delegate other tasks to suit the description of supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
