Forest Homecare is recruiting Community Care Assistants to work in the Essex area. No experience is necessary as full paid training is provided.

Your main duties will include:
Helping our Service Users maintain their independence and dignity.
Assisting our Service Users with all aspects of personal care such as dressing, undressing, bathing, and toileting.
Supporting with preparing and serving meals.
Maintaining the service user’s physical environment including laundry, changing, and making beds, tidying, and light cleaning duties.
Working in partnership with all relevant professionals to provide a strength-based, outcomes-focused approach to your work.
We provide care 365 days a year between the hours of 6 am to 11 pm and split this over 4 shifts (Morning, Lunch, Tea, and Bed).
Experience:
This role is varied, and every day is different, so being adaptable, and using your common sense and initiative are a ‘must’ for this role. You do not need to have worked as a Care Assistant before applying to us, but all experience in this field will help. It may also suit those who have worked in hospitality, customer service or retail as many of transferrable skills can be utilised in this role.
Forest Homecare is committed to ongoing training and supervision, qualifications, and continuing professional development. We also provide an extensive induction on the commencement of employment. Therefore, experience is not essential, just a willingness to learn and implement all necessary skills for the safety and well-being of the service users.
