About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in a range of care environments. You will play a vital role in promoting independence, wellbeing, and dignity while supporting service users to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care and support in a variety of care settings.
Assist with personal care and daily living activities while promoting independence and choice.
Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and maintain their overall wellbeing.
Encourage participation in meaningful activities, hobbies, training opportunities, volunteering, and community engagement.
Build positive, trusting relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
Maintain accurate care records and work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure excellent standards of care.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 6 months' experience in a care or support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring, compassionate, and respectful approach to supporting others.
The ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently manage challenging situations.
A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and promoting independence.
The legal right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
