Care Connection, a division of The Best Connection, are currently looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. We are an established agency with many years of experience and pride ourselves on providing high quality care and support staff.

Located in the attractive market town of Chippenham, this home provides the highest standards of residential and residential dementia care. They work closely with residents and their loved ones to ensure that care and activities consider each resident’s individual preferences, whilst care needs are always met. Daily activities can include day trips out, and for those that don’t like to venture too far, they can enjoy the lovely garden to relax and unwind.

Day-to-Day tasks could include:

* Help getting in and out of bed.

* Washing and bathing.

* Dressing.

* Preparing drinks.

* Assisting with medication.

* Toileting.

* Assisting with mealtimes.

* Domestic duties.

To be successful in the role you will need to have a caring attitude and be keen to make a difference, treating elderly and vulnerable people with respect.

You will have excellent communication skills and able to work well as part of a team.

You will be able to build and maintain good working relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues.
