Situated close to Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs, this welcoming care home enjoys stunning harbour views and provides high-quality residential care within a warm, friendly, and homely environment. The home offers accommodation across 54 spacious en-suite bedrooms, alongside comfortable lounges, a bright conservatory overlooking the gardens, and welcoming dining areas where residents can relax and socialise.

The Role
As a Care Assistant (Days or Nights), you will provide compassionate, high-quality care and support to residents, helping them maintain their independence while enhancing their wellbeing and quality of life.
Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll build meaningful relationships with residents and ensure they receive the highest standards of care throughout the day or night.
Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care with dignity, compassion and respect.
Supporting residents with daily living activities.
Encouraging independence and participation in social activities.
Monitoring residents' wellbeing and promptly reporting any concerns.
Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
Providing reassurance and emotional support to residents.
Promoting a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
About You

Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential.
