Care Assistant – Bridgwater (TA5, TA6)
Pay: £14.25 to £16.35 per hour

We are looking for an exceptional Care Assistant to join the Newcross team in Bridgwater and be part of a supportive and rewarding environment where your contributions truly matter.
What you’ll do:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety and well-being. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs.
What you need:
Eligibility to work in the UK
A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience within the last 3 years
Registration: Applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland will require the relevant registration (e.g. SSSC, SCW, NISSC). Not applicable in England
Ability to understand both verbal and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualities: Empathy, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork and the ability to deliver exceptional care
