The Role
We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Care Assistants to join our expanding team. You will provide high‑quality care and companionship to adults in the community, helping them live safely and comfortably at home.
Key Responsibilities

Providing personal care with dignity and respect

Supporting with medication, meals, hydration and daily routines
*
Assisting with mobility, wellbeing and companionship
*
Recording accurate care notes after each visit
*
Reporting concerns promptly to ensure safety and quality
*
Travelling between visits (mileage paid)
What We’re Looking For

A caring, patient and reliable nature

Good communication skills and a professional attitude

Ability to work independently and follow care plans

Willingness to learn – full training provided
*
A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
