Description:
The worker will be responsible for supporting residents in their daily lives from washing and dressing to eating meals and moving around safely.
They will take part in activities within the home and will be part of a supportive lively team who work together to help each other.
The worker will be key to ensuring that residents in our care homes are well looked after and happy.
This role is essential to supporting the lives of elderly people, exploring their history, building relationships with their families and having a positive impact on their life.
Under the supervision of a registered nurse, the worker will be required to administer medication, and monitor residents’ physical health and wellbeing.
They will complete and review assessments and support plans as required in a strengths-based and person-centred manner.
There are a range of working hours and rotas available to meet the needs of services. We have roles available across all 6 of our Care Homes
