Are you looking for a rewarding Care Assistant or Support Worker with flexible working days? We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care and Support Assistants (Drivers) to join our growing team supporting people in their own homes.
This is a part-time care role with fixed shift hours and flexible working days, ideal for people looking for morning or evening care work.
Shift Times Available
✔ Morning Shift: 07:00 – 12:00
✔ Evening Shift: 16:00 – 21:00
✔ Flexible working days available
Care and Support Assistant Duties
As a Care and Support Assistant, you will support people in the community to live independently and safely in their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing personal care with dignity and respect
* Supporting with medication where required
* Helping with meal preparation and nutrition
* Assisting with daily living activities
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Supporting mobility and independence
* Maintaining care records and following support plans
* Promoting wellbeing and person-centred care
Driver Requirement
This is a community care driver role, therefore applicants must have:
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Access to a reliable vehicle
✔ Ability to travel between service users

Previous Care Assistant, Support Worker, Home Care, Domiciliary Care, or Healthcare Assistant experience is helpful but not essential as full training can be provided.
