Oversee the sales administration process to ensure accurate record-keeping
Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Support the dealership’s growth initiatives through effective business developmentRequirements of a Sales Manager:
Proven experience as a sales manager in a retail motor environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent organisational and communication abilities
Numerate with keen attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
